Max Josef Beer
Max Josef Beard (1851-1908) was an Austrian composer. He studied under Felix Otto Dessoff. At a young age, Beard received multiple commissions from the Austrian government to support his compositions. He is known for his operas, operettas, a piano suite, and many songs.¹
